Dr. Gerald Keep is the founder and Executive Director of the Missing Harmony Alliance.  Highlights of his bio include:

• Raised in an environmentally-conscious New-Age family.
• Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude, at University of Colorado, Boulder, including studies of World Religions.
• PhD in Physical Chemistry, Stanford University.
• 17 Years at Eastman Chemical Company.
  • Initiated Non-Halogen Flame Retardant effort, and eliminated carcinogenic chemicals from plastics for electronics.
• Founder in 2003 and Owner/President, Missing Octave Insights, Inc., Creative Consulting.
  • Developed and promoted safer additive technologies for synthetic and natural fibers and fabrics.
  • Worked with multiple agencies on use of Biomass for petroleum replacement.
• 4 Years Director of Finance/Stewardship Trustee of Holston Valley Unitarian Universalist Church.
• 4 Years as Cub Scout Den Leader.
• Author of "The People of the Red Tide" and "Today's Stoic, Tomorrow's Hero".
• Served in Big Brothers of America.
• Coached two Science Olympiad Teams to first in state of Tennessee in the "Science of Music" event.
• Adjunct Professor of  Chemistry at ETSU .
