The Peach Room has a king size bed and an attached private bath. Guests can enjoy the reading corner in a comfy antique wing chair or pen a letter at the antique writing desk.

Standard Rate: $119 per night for 1 or 2 people, plus Tennessee sales tax (9.5%) plus local lodging tax (5%).

The Cobalt Room has two queen size beds and an attached private bath. Guests can enjoy a comfortable wing chair and ottoman. A collection of cobalt glassware is also on display.

Standard Rate: $129 per night for up to two people, plus Tennessee sales tax (9.5%) and local lodging tax (5%). Additional guests are $25 per person plus tax. The room can accommodate four guests.

Standard Deposit Requirements
We require a one night’s deposit to hold a room. The remainder of your bill is due upon arrival. This can be paid by PayPal via the "Contact Us" section of this website, by phoning in a credit card, or by mailing a personal check.

Cancellation Policies
We are a small business and last minute cancellations can affect us adversely. Please understand that when you book with us we reserve that time especially for you. We may turn away inquiries from potential guests for that time period. We plan meticulously for your stay, shop for groceries for your breakfasts, and plan for special treats. We make every effort to meet your specific dietary requirements. Often that involves purchases specific to your visit.

If you must cancel your stay with us, one week’s notice will be required in order to refund your deposit. Only in the event that we are able to re-book the room will a refund be given.

If you must shorten your stay or check out early without the one week required notice, please be advised you will be responsible for the charge for your entire planned stay.

Special Weekends
Rates and policies are subject to change and vary with high impact periods or special requests.

Some special weekends, including the International Storytelling Festival and NASCAR events will require a two or three night minimum. These special weekends are subject to higher room rates. Please inquire for details concerning your specific weekend.

A 50% deposit is required for the International Storytelling Weekend.

Special discounts may be available at other times. Please inquire about special rates and promotions.
